In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Requests for cancellations should be within 3 days of placing the order.

Refund Policy

Customer returns will be accepted only when a product delivered is wrong or damaged

Customer can contact via email and rais ticket within 4days from delivery our team will request for certain proofs of damages wrong item delivered.

When a product is undelivered by courier due to some uncertain reason, we will refund the amount after receiving the product at our faculty.

When a product is lost by courier in transit we will refund the full amount at the same time

In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.

 

As per UGC DO No.1-3/2007(CPP-II) Dated 06.12-2016 the percentage of refund of aggregate fees will be as follows.

REFUND OF CAUTION MONEY

The caution money and security deposit are refundable only after the student finally leaves the College on completion of the course.

  1. Original fee receipt depicting the payment of caution money
    2. Photocopy of Transfer Certificate.
    3. Photocopy of Mark sheet.

If the fees and other charges are not paid on time, the same shall be deducted from the caution money and only the balance amount will be refunded as the final settlement of the claim.
