The college takes discipline in its true spirit to equip its scholars to tune themselves to the learning oriented environment of the College. Hence, perfect discipline should be maintained in the campus. Students coming late will not be allowed to attend the class. Smoking and consuming narcotic items including Pan Parag is strictly prohibited in the campus. All students shall enroll themselves as members of the College Anti-Narcotic Movement. Cycles and scooters should be parked at the respective places of parking. Bringing of mobile phones by students in the campus is strictly prohibited. If any student is found using mobile phone in the campus, stringent action will be taken against them which can include suspension and levying of fine of at least Rs. 500. Students staying in the College hostel are also not permitted to keep mobile phones with them. No student except the resident of the College hostel, is permitted to go there without the written permission from the Principal. No student of the College is permitted to be the local guardian of any student in the College hostel.
Attendance will be taken in all theory as well as practical classes. Students whose attendance is less than 75% will not be allowed to appear for the University exams as regular students. Names of the students who have remained absent consecutively for 15 days will be removed from the rolls. The students who are irregular in attendance are also liable to be removed without notice. Students seeking readmission should approach the Principal along with their parents within seven days after removal from the rolls. The Principal reserves the right to readmit such students after consultation with their parents. In such cases the students will have to deposit a re-admission fee of Rs. 500 each. However, readmission will not be granted for a second time.

Application form for the issue of Transfer and Character Certificate can be obtained from the college office. The request will be processed only from the date of receipt of the following
TC and CC will be issued by the institute on paying fees of Rs. 15/- . On receipt of application and processing fees, TC will be issued in three working days.
Request for migration certificate must be made in an application.
Request for Refund of Caution Money must be made in an application from 1st September to 30th November. Only online transfer of the refunded amount will be possible.
The request will be processed only from the date of receipt of the following documents
If fee and other charges are not paid in time the same shall be deducted from the caution money and only the balance money will be refunded in full and final settlement of the claim for refund.
