NUSSD Training for Trainers organised at St. Thomas College, Bhilai

St. Thomas College Bhilai, with the support of Four Other Colleges of Chhattisgarh organised a Training of Trainers Workshop in collaboration with Tata Institute of Social Science, Mumbai based on National University Students’ Skill Development Program. This workshop took place in the college premises on 13 and 14 May 2017.The inauguration of the workshop was done by Principal M.G. Roymon. In his speech Dr. Roymon appreciated the step taken by NUSSD experts who are going to share their knowledge with the trainers and train the participants on a wide-range of subject Methodology which will definitely help the student’s posterity to unleash their calibre.


The aim of such workshop is to develop a knowledge of Correct Methodology of training within the trainers to provide training assistance and strengthening the capacities of the beneficiary students.

The experts of NUSSD Dr. Manjeet Kaur Bal, State Co-ordinator,   discussed various  ways to improve the training Methodology, and how to implement it to come out with the students potential. Mr. Srinivas, Mr. Behera, Mr. Singh, Mr.Dubey Mr. Tiwari and Miss Dipika Singh connected the workshop practically through activity concept. More than twenty five trainees participated in the workshop. The program came to end with the positive results of the training methodology. The whole program was channelized by Dr. Susan Abraham HOD Dept. of Management and vote of thanks was given by Mr. Bholeshwar Dubey. Asst Program Officer, Bhilai, NUSSD, TISS.
